I've tried human milk. I think every parent has (if not, they must be really uptight). Human milk tasted good, of course; tastes sweet. But, no, I'm not going to start drinking human milk or eating human cheese. Human milk is still for human babies and there are too many babies out there growing up very sickly due to being fed formula instead of breast milk; so I'd rather see the milk go straight into babies instead of off to some cheese factory, because that's what will happen if it becomes popular; there will be shortages at hospitals and at La Leche League etc.
When human babies consume the milk it basically becomes cheese in the stomach. No, I have never tried the cheese that the baby sometimes burbs up. Definately smells and looks like cheese though. That's how cheese is made; with the stomach juices from a baby cow (adult cows cannot digest milk, just as all adult mammals). So, are human babies going to be subjected to the same thing; shoving a tube down their throat to extract the stomach juices needed to make "guam" cheese? I think not, baby cow juices will still be used, thus it will still be an animal product, not a purely human product.
Those breast sucking things already exist, they are called breast pumps. Every hospital has industrial sized breast pumps, and hand pumps can be bought everywhere. A lot of women already donate their milk for babies who's mothers cannot provide milk, for whatever reason, and they do it for free. Imagine if women could make money selling their milk; I think they would do it for certain. It's something you can do in the privacy of your own home while watching TV -- easy money.
But, knowing how sickly the general population is, people doing recreational drugs, pharmaceutical drugs, junk food, smoking; even eating certain herbs shouldn’t be done as things can be passed onto the baby through the milk. I wouldn't touch that disgusting milk. It would have to be certified organic natural vegan or something like that, but that could never happen. Human milk could never be processed unless the women were all living under very regulated conditions, all eating the same diet, the same lifestyle, and so forth. All it would take is one human to contaminate the whole batch, just as with cows; this is why cow milk is so disgusting as the cows are all sickly and full of drugs, hormones, and not eating a natural diet nor living a natural lifestyle.

LOLOLOL!!!!! Sorry, not laughing at you, but that's sooo funny!!! Human cheese! Imagine a bunch of women all lined up, blouses pulled up and breasteses out, and suckling cup thingies attached to the nipples. Hilarious! In this case, the suckling thingies would be horizontal instead of vertical like they are with cows. Can you imagine? A bunch of women sitting in a row, some flipping through fashion magazines, others on cell phones, and others sipping Starbucks, all while being milked. Funnee!!

ok, i discover the full project of eating a substance from the breast of any animal which has been soured, fermented and left to strengthen moldy, previous, stale and waxy in good type, completely fully disgusting. i be attentive to that is basically me tho. Breast milk from mama is not any much less disgusting than the stuff out of a hulking large enormous feces coated bovine. So i don't be attentive to why anybody'd whinge.

How, exactly, is he planning to get enough human milk? There is not one woman in the world who would volentarily lactate and be milked regularly in order for some nutjob to market 'human cheese' (and he would need a LOT of women!)

If you found enough "subjects", I suppose you could make enough human cheese. You could feed it to the French, they eat any kind of cheese.

I had an _extremely_ well-travelled foodie grandfather who tried it, in some far-flung part of the world, years ago.
No reports on its relative tastiness...

Not me! I'm vegetarian and don't even like things that taste like meat, let alone human meat.
