I'm italian and sorry for my english... well un "Calzone" is a crust where you can put some condiments; for example: you can put it some cheese, pomodoro(tomatoes), ham, and other condiments. it's like a pizza but in calzone you fold the crust where inside there are condiments.
sorry but eppie rolls.... I don't know what is this....

A calzone is folded over in half with the stuffing inside. The filling is usually ricotta cheese with spinach or broccoli or just cheese... Stromboli and eppie rolls are almost identical. They have meat and cheese or vegetables and cheese rolled up and baked.

All of the above are YUMMY!

Calzone = al forno means baked. Al fritti means fried, both are calzones and I like the Al fritti best. A calzone, sometimes referred to as a stuffed pizza, is an Italian turnover made of pizza dough and stuffed with cheese (usually mozzarella cheese and Ricotta, but some varieties contain Parmesan, Provolone, or a locally substituted cheese), meat, vegetables, et cetera.

Stromboli = often referred to as a stuffed pizza or a boli, is a type of turnover filled with mozzarella cheese along with various fillings, often pepperoni.

Eppie rolls = Sausages in Blankets

Now you know :)

Calzones are basically a pizza that has been folded in half and baked or fried.
Stromboli is a pizza with a layer of dough on top of the toppings like a traditional pie.
Eppie rolls are mini Calzones.
