Stay away from fried, greasy, fattening foods and foods and beverages which have a lot of acid in them like coffee, tea, apple juice, orange juice.
Basically stay away from foods and beverages that bother your system.
You may love them, but that doens't mean they will like you..
Exercising helps too. and yogurt. I told a lady about yogurt and she told me later that she was able to stop all of her medications.
Yogurt has live active cultures in it and returns your stomach to it's natural pH balance........try it!

Basically, you will be eating very bland soft foods that are easy to digest. I don't have a recipe for success, I just know when I had my ulcers my diet was very bland. Oatmeal for breakfast, soups and sandwiches without lettuce or tomato, most noodle dishes are fine. Meats are hard to digest, so are apples and thick skinned fruits. You have this listed under diabetes, are you diabetic as well? This would make a big difference in the foods you eat. You'll want to remain in a seated position after eating to keep any acids or digestive juices from sloushing around and causing the ulcer to burn. About an hour should be fine.

My friend. The days of having special diets for stomach ulcers are over. The ulcers are not caused by stress or acid foods. The causative factor is a bacteria and it can now be treated with a highly potent antibiotic.
Contact your doctor for a referral to a Gastroenterologist for assessment and traetment immediately and eat whatever you like from there on

A stomach ulcer is almost always an infection. You should see your GP and have this investigated, which starts with a blood test for antibodies to the h. pylori bacteria. That's the bug that causes these infections.
If you're positive, you will likely be prescribed antibiotics to clear the infection.
And you don't need to see anyone other than your GP for this, unless your tests show something other than h. pylori.
This isn't about a diet, but about the proper treatment of an infection.

No - A abdomen ulcer is a "sore" of the tummy lining; as such, a abdomen ulcer can bleed. yet, that is a miles cry for a abdomen ulcer to provide blood that exists the body by skill of the mouth and/or nostril. that is time to get your brother to a well being care specialist; faster extremely than later. in the journey that your brother gained't flow get clinical interest, then that is time to call 911 to convey clinical interest to him.
