Oral sex is not as risky as intercourse, but it's still risky. Using a condom (on a man) or a dental dam (on a woman) helps to minimize the risks. If you avoid letting a man come into your mouth, or going down on a woman during her period, that will also reduce your risks. If you don't have a dental dam handy or know where to get one, you can use saran wrap, or slice a condom down one side to flatten it out, or cut open a ziploc bag to make it a flat sheet.

Oral sex can be just as risky as regular intercourse when STD's are involved. You can get STD's in your mouth, in your eye if the guy get to close or squirts in your face, or if you are eating a bad clam. The best defense is protection or mutual testing before engaging in seual pleasures and then being monogomous.
I was stupid, I slept with two different women, didn't use protection and got two different STD's. Warts on my schlong, and herpes 1 on my mouth. See if I ever sleep with those sisters again lol

Yes you can as the mouth harbours more bacteria than anywhere else on your body and thus passing it onto other parts of your body !!!
