Indian Chicken Korma
Its a rich and creamy coconut sauce simmered with chicken then poured over boiled/steamed rice, it can also be substituted with veggies if your not a meat eater. Ive also had restaurants who have put Papaya in it also. Its awesome, add a few poppadoms and I'm a happy man

Hot chilli encrusted chicken breast, marinated in garlic, ginger and lemon. With a coriander yoghurt dressing and home made chips. 'Very tasty; very sweet', as 'Jonesy' would say on 'Dads Army'.
