Truly say nothing on the cake. The cake itself says welcome back in whatever language goes off in their head.

"Survivor" and add the pink breast cancer ribbon made from frosting. That is what you do. It means alot to the survivor!

Do a pink ribbon cake to signify breast cancer awareness ( if appropriate for the person from your office)....Otherwise a nice "Welcome back" or "We missed you" will be perfect.....

if you must write some thing then only put 'Welcome back" otherwise go with your first answerer and leave it at that.
