When you have it and you are trying to make it dormant then no you are unable to kiss someone. But if you have had the treatment and you have controlled it. You are fine just as long as you are not sick. The disease will flair up when you have a cold.

UMM yeah mono is not forever i think at most 6 months but i dont know but I DO KNOW that when you have the active disease no you can not kiss people its a kissing disease which is how you got it in the first place so next time be more careful on who you decide to kiss or "lay down" with or you could get something that will last a lifetime choose your partners wisely

You don't have mono for the rest of your life! Where did you hear that? When it passes then you can kiss people.
