sounds like you have the sweets taken care of. Maybe one more savory dip. I would go with blt dip. Its easy and everyone loves it. just cook 1 lb of bacon and drain on papertowels. Then chop and put into bowl. Add one cup of mayo and one cup of sour cream and two chopped tomatoes. Mix and chill overnight. You can serve with toast points or for even less mess and trouble, just serve with ritz crackers. I never have any left!

Perhaps a cheese tray to go along with the veggies. You also might want to make a few large sub sandwiches, cut them into small slices, and arrange on a platter for those that need something a little heavier to fill themselves up(especially if there is going to be a lot of drinking involved)

Takeout Chinese is an easy idea. Get a couple of containers of each: Lo Mein, Chicken and Broccoli, etc.
Or Stromboli and a few varieties of hoagies,(heros, subs)

Go to the store and look for appetizers in the freezer section. They have pinwheels and mini quiches. Those are easy.

Maybe get a pizza. You could also cut it into smaller squares.
