I know it's s type of food, but I heard it's dog. I looked it up online with no luck, does anyone know if it really is dog?

Aso means dog in Phillipino, so possibly it is a term for the food as well

I know aso is dog in the Philippines & it is eaten there as well

In parts of Indonesia, asu is dog. I think in Philippines too.
