The simple answer is no, not transmitted that way, no body world wide has been infected from a hand job. I know of many couples where one is positive and the other is negative, and they have normal sex lives with the one exception they use condoms every time, . It was very brave of this woman to tell you that she was HIV positive. I don't know how many women you have had sex with over the years, that did not know their antibody status. If we start discriminating against people with HIV, then I think some of them may just stop telling.

You need to practive safe sex at all times. You also need to have a ready supply of condoms at all time and no excuses. She should know better! That's not safe behavior and you need to get used to the idea of an AIDS test every 6 months since your girlfriend is HIV positive.

If there was blood to blood contact, yes, you could have.
It is a lot harder to contract HIV than it is other bloodborne pathogens, such as hepatitis.
Be smart. No sexual contact whatsoever with this woman. Condoms break, and hormones happen.
