Many people who are hypothyroid have low ferritin levels. Is this what you are referring to. A simple blood test will show if ferritin is low. I read you want ferritin levels to be at least 70.

By lack of blood, I think you mean anemia. I have never heard of anyone who has hypothyroid disease being anemic, but that would depend on many things.
Look up hypothyroidism on the internet and you will find everything you need to know about your problem.

By lack, do you mean they are guarunteed to NOT have blood problems(cancer, anemia, etc..)???
NO, NO, NO....
This condition effects various systems and results in weakness/tiredness....(look below for more info)
One of the symptoms for hypothyroidism specific to blood though is "an elevated blood cholesterol level"...
