there are so man things you can do on a budget.that is a great year to have a scavenger hunt.make a list and have them go up and down the street.just a thought.as for food, you could make a spinach dip, everyone likes that. or how about plin cheese pizza.cant go wrong there either.or queso you can always make two, one with meat and one without.good luck, sounds like fun

Veggies and dip, salsa/bean dip and chips. 15 is about when kids start "wanting to be treated like adults", tho they have NO idea what this really means. Different type of vegetaians have different food needs, like if she eats cheese and eggs then there's really no problem.
Think of something that you would like to have for you and your friends then just leave out the alcohol. Or you can have an appitizer pot luck, everyone living outside the house bring something to munch. And if there is room in the budget I would get some of the rootbeers and creamsodas that come in the brown bottles.

You can always do something nice at home by getting a local caterer to prepare the food and get everyone together. If your parents have a little bit more money, I'd suggest looking for a banquet hall soon that is willing to accommodate a small group of people. More importantly, you should ask the birthday girl what she would like to do and respect her wishes.

You don't have to rent a place to have the "big party" somewhere. Assuming that family and friends need to be combined for one party. You could go to a local park (first check the policy of desired park) and cook hot dogs (with vegan for the b-day girl), tea/kool-aid, chips, cake and play a softball game (tag football, basketball or whatever). Then for the close girlfirends have movies and a slumber party. 15 year olds and slumber parties are always a hit. Just make sure you have an even number of girls

nicely as somebody who's twenty and an orphan who has no automobile, i won't be able to declare i've got self belief undesirable for you approximately your dad refusing to purchase you a 15 thousand greenback automobile. If something you're able to get a job and earn 0.5 the funds you desire and be like hey might you meet me midway, in case you come back to him with no longer something and ask for alot it does look selfish. Now that is outwardly unfair that he's spending lots greater funds on your stepmother. although look at it from his point of view, he's familiar with of you will adore him regardless because of the fact he's your father. perhaps he sounds like he has to artwork and spend on your stepmothers love. i think of you're being a sprint selfish and entitled, you haven't any longer offered any advice that tells me you deserve a automobile and so i will in basic terms assume you attain mediocre grades and do little artwork around the abode and that he offered you issues for Christmas. And although he's not interior the clean because of the fact he did smash his promise and you're able to consult with him approximately breaking the promise and not owing you a automobile. in case you want greater advice deliver me an email.

ok, check this out. When I was 15, my friends and I would have loved to smoke a bowl for the birthday party. Seriously, I think they are too old for parents to be putting on a birthday party. Let them just chill with their friends.
