Chinese stir fries and tofu...heaven. With some brown rice. Or, some nice stir fried Veggie Rice, and some Tofu with Soy Sauce. And let's not forget some Moo-Shu Veggies, or Veggie Potstickers! Delicious!

For Japanese, I like Veggie Rolls, Miso Soup with plenty of seaweed and Tofu, and some nice veggies dipped in Soy Sauce. But, my favorite of all dessert time would probably have to be dried persimmons, and my favorite Japanese meal of all time would be brown rice with some sesame oil and soy sauce. Deelish!

For Italian, I like some nice spinach or linguine pasta, topped with LOADS of veggies. Then, a Minestrone soup on the side. I really like Escarole, too.

In general, though, I think Italian food is too heavy.

My favorites in order would be Chinese, Japanese, then Italian.
