It is hereditay, but you may not develope it before 40, and prevention always is better than treatment so keep a good diet, work out regularly drink lots of water and go for a medical check up yearly specially after 35.

don't panic babe, all my family has diabetes and I'm totally ok with it, living happly cus I don't have to worry bout something did not acually happen yet ,though a bet of prevention won't hurt!

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

The three cardinal signs of possible diabetes are polyuria (peeing a lot), polyphagia (hungry all the time) and polydipsia (always thirsty). These need to be checked out and if diabetes runs in the family, all the more reason to be tested.

You don't get diabetes from a family member. However a family member with diabetes is a risk factor. The biggest risk factor in todays society is being overweight.

With diabetes you have excessive thirst and urination, your skin could be itchy, sores take a long time to heal, you could either lose weight or gain weight quickly, you may hvae an extreme lack of energy.

Sign and symptoms of diabetes:
Extreme thirst-mouth always dry no matter how much you drink,
Extreme peeing-waking up every 2 hours to have a pee and having a drink,
Cuts mainly on your legs taking long to heal and getting infected quickly-keep a good antiseptic handy,
Blurred vision,
Easily losing your temper for no reason.
If you have any of these symptoms get a blood check done-after all it is better to be safe than sorry.
