I think I have some of the symptoms, but I'm not sure. I get stomach cramps sometimes when I eat fast food/sweet things.

I have been impatient too, but have depression, so don't know if it's down to that.

I haven't gained/lost any weight and I don't feel thirsty/hungry all of the time.

The main thing is the cramps - could it be diabetes or something else? Do you have to feel thirsty all the time with diabetes?

It is EXTREME thirst with diabetes. Also, your urine would be really dark yellow no matter how much water you drink and it would smell really bad too. The stomach cramps from the food could be from not being used to it, or your body telling you not to eat it. Impatient-ness does come from depression. It you are worried, see your doctor about a blood test to check your sugar levels.

That does not sound like diabetes. It sounds something more like an allergy type thing like people that are lactose intolerance.

There is something, I forget what it is called, it is where your system processes sugar in the same way that an alcholic's liver does. This is the best I can remember how it works. Fermentation resulting in the breakdown of carbohydrates into alcohol and carbon dioxide. In metabolizing sugar to obtain energy for itself, it creates ethyl alcohol as a by-product of its efforts. Alcoholic fermentation is the result of something to do with yeast.

Talk to your doctor. It sounds more like a reaction to the food (e.g. gas build-up or increased gut motility), rather than diabetes. Diabetes would make you tired, thirsty and pee a lot. If you're concerned have your blood glucose tested.

Doesn't sound like diabetes to me. If you are reacting to junk-food, which is often high in fat, it may be a problem with your gall-bladder, such as gall-stones. This presents a problem when digesting fats in the diet. Diabetes is due to changes in the way you utilise sugar (sort of). The point is it shouldn't cause gastrointestinal upsets like you're experiencing. You're at more risk of gall-bladder probs if you are fat, female, fertile (pregnant), fair (white/caucasian) to name a few. Does this apply to you? See your doctor.
