When you are bored you can think up some pretty weird stuff. Anyway. sitting home bored one day, me and my bf starting talking about this.
What if aids is just some disease that the government made up to control the population. It never exsisted years ago, and they have proven to have been able to cure monkeys of this disease. This is where it was supose to have originated from anyway, was people having sex with monkeys. Why did this disease just surface within the past 30 years.
Plus you hardley ever hear of celebrities getting aids, or anyother disease for that matter. I think there is a cure out there for it, and it is just being with-held from common citizins like ourselfs for a way of the government to control over population. What do you think about this topic?

I have heard from a very reliable source about a cure for AIDS that is available at a high cost. (why do you think Magic Johnson hasn't died he probably doesn't even have it anymore) I can see the government covering up an (failed?) experiment just like I blame them for cancer as well. They were probably created for chemical warfare but declined on the idea since you dont die fast enough.

It is a virus, and viruses mutate. If Bird Flu jumps to humans and can be passed from human to human, kiss 3,000,000,000 people good bye. I am sure bestiality has been going on in Central Africa for centuries and it was just a matter of time when some pervert got his just deserts. Unfortunately he passed it on to other people before becoming worm poo. If you are a celebrity you can get safe partners with enough money. There is no profit in a cure. A $200.00 shot and off you go? Hell no! The drug companies want to get thousands from people and can't justify a $50,000.00 shot. The drug giants aren't even looking and if someone did find a simple cure they would buy it and sit on it to make more profits.

This has been a theory that has been out there and espoused by the conspiracy theorists.

However, diseases of all sorts develop over time and they may certainly evolve over time. Just as people and animals are constantly evolving, germs of all sorts are also evolving. As they evolve they may jump from one species to another. They may jump from one geographical location to another as well.

There are plenty of celebrities with AIDS (don't forget Magic Johnson for example), but they may keep it hidden from public knowledge. As for over population, that is hardly the case. There are much more controlled ways to control populations than spreading diseases into the natural environment where you can't control it.

What do I think about this? I think you have too much time on your hands. Of course it's nuts, and there have been quite a few celebrities who have died from AIDS or are living with HIV:

Rock Hudson, Isaac Asimov, Easy-E, Arthur Ashe, Robert Reed, Anthony Perkins, Freddie Mercury, Liberace, Magic Johnson, Greg Louganis, Robert Mapplethorpe, Elizabeth Glaser, and others, I'm sure.

Freddy Mercury? Magic Johnson? Plus many others whose publicists have hushed it up or who are not so famous now they are too ill to work.

And Pamela Anderson has Hep C.

Sure.. there is no such thing as AIDS or war or famine and Santa and the tooth fairy exist and bad things never really happen cos the world is just a safe and cosy place.

This myth, theory or urban legend has been around for years. The original story was that either the CIA or the super wealthy had it developed for their own diabolical reasons. Yes, one was for population control of "undesirable" groups of people. The other was or the eradication of the population of an unfriendly government.

If either were there case...neither seems to have succeeded.

Since when can they cure monkeys? SIV (simian immune virus) is lethal for them as well.

Why on earth would they pick something like this to control the population? It takes years, maybe even decades to die from it, it's not easy to transmit, and it could infect anyone. It doesn't make any sense...

Most celebrities these days wouldn't come forward for a while and say that they got it I bet.And if they wanted something to clean the population out, they could make something much worse.

I think you are uninformed, and need to get a job, or go to school tomorrow, and do your homework tonight.
