There are a number of symptoms, but just having the symptoms does not diagnose the problem of poor circulation. They include cold extremities, painful extremities, increased muscle fatigue and muscle failure, loss of use of an extremity, blackened or dark purple regions, and necrosis of the affected region. Generally, if you suspect decreased circulation of a region, an ultrasound or non-invasive Doppler study is recommended to assess the circulation through the affected region. See your physician.
