Realistically: probably not if it's been a week or so, the bacteria has died. However, secretions can hang out for awhile in cracks so my answer: YES, if you didn't clean it! Clean your sex toys people! I can't believe how many folks think it's ok to just throw their stuff under the bed when they're done. You don't need to jump up right after you're done using them of course but sex toy maintenance and cleaning is crucial to the health of you, your partner(s) and your toys.

When you do not clean sex toys you are then introducing microorganisms into the vaginal canal or other sexual orifices.
This can lead to an infection or an STD. If you have all ready used the sex toy and your symptomless, then no need to worry.
However if you plan on using sex toys you have to be responsible for them, you must keep them clean at all times. A female is more susceptible to an infection than a male so please play it safe!
