Check out a good air purifier. The most effective ones combine ionizers with hepa filters and active air circulation. I don't know if we are supposed to recommend companies here so I would suggest you do a Yahoo search using the search term allergies + air purifiers and see what comes up.

There's a thing called an ionizer that helps people with allergies quite a bit. That may be what you need. As I understand it, it attracts particular matter by static electricity, pulling it out of the air.
