Try looking on the prescriptions for the names of the manufacturers. I know many people that lost health care recently over some changing laws in our state. That was what several of them did. My grandmother is in her 60's and is a diabetic. The pharmaceutical company provides her with extremely cheap supplies. She just had to fill out a lot of paper work concerning income, household size, etc. So get on the ball now. Best of luck to ya.
