Has anyone ever had an ice cold feeling inside your chest?

Last year when I was sick, just before It started and now and than it comes but lately, the last 2 days have been bad. I didn't have insurance so I don't know if it was pneumonia or Bronchitus.

Go to see a doctor now,insurance or not,my daddy had a cold feeling in the middle of his chest and he is now in the hospital fighting pneumonia(he just had bypass surgery).Please,for a peace of mind,never let $ get in the way of keeping you from seeing a doctor in this kind of matter. I care.
