Guys usually like spaghetti or lasagne. You can also marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing overnight and put on a grill. The easiest way to feed a crowd is with a casserole or pasta dish, unless you have hard-core meat eaters. Have you ever considered a Tamale Pie?

2 pounds ground beef
2 green peppers, seeded and chopped
1 large yellow onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup Cornmeal
1 cup very hot water
2 large cans plum tomatoes
2 cans sweet corn
2 cans pitted ripe olives drained
3 -6 T Chili Powder
2 cans diced green chilis
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
Salt to taste
Cornmeal topping

Saute onion, garlic and hamburger in olive oil until meat is cooked, crumbly, and onion is translucent. Add green pepper, tomatoes, chili powder and bring to a boil. Mix cornmeal with hot water and stir to soften. Add more water if mixture gets too thick. Add to the above and simmer for 15 minutes. Add green chili's, corn, and olives. Salt to taste and add pepper. Spread in a good sized casserole pan and top with Cornmeal Topping. Bake for 45 minutes in a 375 degree oven and let cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Cornmeal topping

1 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cups whole milk, scalded
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Scald milk and add cornmeal. Cook over medium until mixture thickens. Add Cheese and eggs and blend. Spoon over the top of the ground beef mixture and bake.

How about kielbasy and saurkrut, you can serve as samwiches or alone. Just simmer a few rings of kielbasy cook until tender
slice heat a couple cans or bags of saurkrut. Put kielbasy in a large aluminium tray and put saurkrut in and mix. Bring some rolls and mustard. Cant get any easier.... and its ok too, if it gets cold.....
