I am trying to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend, but need it to be kid friendly as well. He is turning 33 and will want his friends and family there. I am trying to find a good place for that. Any suggestions??

Get a picnic area at a local park, one with a playground for the kids, maybe volleyball for the adults and kids, you can grill the food, toss a football, play baseball, whatever you enjoy outside. Most places you can get a permit for alcohol, too.

You get rent a hall like from a church, or clubs like The Elks, Knights of Columbus VFW, or maybe some firehouses and first aid have halls. you can have some organized games for the kids and music and dancing that all can enjoy......Have fun.....

A bowling alley - you can rent out a bunch of lanes for an hourly rate and adults and kids alike can have fun :)
