Yesterday I felt something strange, I've been feeling like this for days but last night it was even stranger. It's like my chest is too small for my heart and lungs and I find it harder to breathe. Yesterday it was like when you blow into a balloon and the air forces its way out. I had to breathe faster because I couldn't keep much air inside. Does anyone know why? I used to walk a lot and I've been always at home lately (since last week). Could this lack of exercise be a reason for this? I also noticed that the veins of my hands were thicker than ever these past few days. They get thicker when it's cold but this time they were bigger. Can the two things be related? I'm only 25.

Hello...I'm not a doctor or anything so don't take my word for it....
but it sounds like you may be suffering from asthma or some kind of allergy to dust mites or pollen this might have been brought on by something you may have been introduced to recently for example flowers in your house etc.....

If you are also getting any pain in your chest then this could be a sign of lower respiratory infection for example bronchitis or even caused by stress.....

Its unlikely for a sudden lack of exercise to cause this and I'm not sure why your veins would be bigger than normal but i would recommend you visit your doctor to find out exactly why you are having trouble with your breathing as he may be able to help

Good luck

Sounds like a panic attack - worth consulting a doctor though for a check up incase it is asthma. I would guess stress has a lot to do with it.
