Whatever her favorite is. For instance - My husband cooks stuffed chicken breast and it is heavenly. Very easy recipe, and the stuffing is stove top. But it's my favorite thing that he makes and it's not complicated at all.

Whatever you do but pls make sure u keep the kitchen clean, cutlery in right place, and storage lids stain free.
When using candles make sure they are not scented, scent will clash with aroma. Try to set the table at diff corner of the house.
Low seating arrangment (like Japanese).
prepare ice cubes 3-4 kgs, fill long oval dish with cubes and use 5 to 8 small red rose buds with no stems. this will be unique centre piece
Make the meal pleasing to all the senses by using food with an exciting combination of colors, aromas and textures
Menu: Kadai prawns with nan , simply delicious palak paneer very easy to prepare and Kashimiri Pulao
Remember to bring to the table is a romantic attitude

Still trying to seduce your wife- You're good man
I'm a chef and my ex-wife hated cooking for me. She always felt intimidated.
What she never realized is that after cooking exotic stuff all day most chef's seek out really simple food when they get home
Even Escoffier [who almost everybody considers the first true god of culinary }when he got home he ate simple basic food that just happened to be perfectly executed.
Your menu will therefore start by a trip to your local markets . Walk around see what looks and tastes great and then expand your menu based upon what you have found .
Remember that great meals start with great ingredients.
Good luck

I have the perfect dinner recipes for you. I got these from a great cook, when I was just learning to cook, and wanted it for a similar reason. It is easy, but impressive and elegant...even for a chef. The presentation is beautiful. I assure you she will be impressed!
Menu:
Rosemary Chicken Breasts stuffed with Ricotta Cheese and Spinach
Buttered Pasta with poppy seeds
Steamed carrots and snow peas with sesame seeds
Easy Dessert Trifle
This recipe is for 4 chicken breasts, but you can cut it in half if you want.
Rosemary chicken - ingredients:
4 split chicken breasts (bone in)
1 cup ricotta chese
1 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
(squeeze all the water out with your hands)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tbsp olive oil
fresh rosemary (buy in the lettuce section)
Combine all ingredients *except* chicken and oil. Mix well. Spary roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken in pan bone side down. Work your fingers between the skin of the chicken and the meat..creating a pocket to place the stuffing mixture. Put 1/4 of the mixture in each pocket. Oil the tops (skin) of the chicken. (I wet a paper towel with the oil and rub it over the chicken). Wet a sprig of rosemary (completely) with the oil (so it doesn't burn), and place it one on top of each breast. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.. (easy, huh?)
Buttered Pasta with Poppy Seeds:
Cook the noodles according to package directions (when chicken is halfway done). Regular rotini noodles would look the best for this dish. When done, drain, rinse with hot water. Drain again. Add desired amount of butter, and sprinkle poppy seeds over the pasta.
Baby carrots with snow peas:
When chicken is about half done, steam a small bag (or how much you want of the bag) of baby carrots for 20 to 30 minutes. Depends on wether you like them soft or crunchy. Most chefs are taught to leave them crunchy. When carrots have 5 minutes left...add the snow peas...about a cup to a cup and a half. Snap peas would work also. Drain and add desired amount of butter and then sprinkle over with sesame seeds. (boiling would also work instead of steaming).
Easy huh? So, if you want a dessert....do that first to give it time to chill.
Easy trifle Dessert:
2 containers of cool whip
1 package of brownies ( l prefer the allready made ones)
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding (dry-don't make up)
1 can sweetened condensed milk(by baking goods section)
Combine 1 container of cool whip with the pudding and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well. Now either use a trifle bowl...or a clear bowl. This is important...for the presentation.
Layer brownies in bowl..make sure to press against the glass. Next..and a layer of the cool whip with the added ingredients. Next add a layer of plain cool whip.
Repeat 1 more time.
Shredd a little bit of chocolate candy bar over the top.....(for looks).
Sound easy! It is.....and a chef will be very impressed with you for this! If have any questions, feel free to email me...
Have a great Valentine's Day!

Hi there Good for you wanting to do something special. Let me give you some suggestions of things we have done. We have a game called Lovers Touch....need I say more on that.... Anyway for this game you need several items to play it so I would start with finding this game and getting all the esentials to play it that is of coarse after the main coarse. What I have done in the past. Is light lots of candles around the house not just the room I am going to be in. But I set it all up in the living room. Get some nice romantic instrumental music playing throughout dinner. Dinner is set to candlelight with nicely folded napkins and your plates and glasses all set on the table nicely. If you have a dish washer plan to use it that night especially but keep things easy and simple and cleaned up. I have done lasagne or some other sort of pasta like I take bow tie pasta with sauted onions garlic and tomatoes plenty of basil a little bit of velveeta cheese and butter stirred all together and sprinkle mozzerella and parmasean cheese on top serve with a salad and bread. Simple and good. My husband cooked spaghetti with bread for Valentines one evening. But plan not to get too full.... Just get content cause you are going to be having dessert and you always save room for that. But I try to keep in simple. (turn the ringers off of the phones turn the answering machine Volume down) That way you will still get a message after it's all said and done. Like one time. My husband said he'd like to come home and would love to make love with me at a certain place with a certain song playing so I made this all happen. I got a collection of songs onto a disk and made a story up for him to read giving him instructions on what to do when he came in the door making it sound romantic as possible and all of these steps led us up to the point of his fantasy moment. That was cool. But tonight I am hoping to make something wonderful happen when he gets home. Lovers touch will be part of the plan. But I am looking for a nice easy different dinner Idean but I haven't figured it out yet. But the game is always fun. Good luck on the dinner Idea just keep it clean nice and simple and clean up all your mess. She'll love it coming from you....

If I were a chef, I'd like to be taken out to a restaurant I had heard about, to check it out on the sly.Don't order dessert, take me home for that. Have a chocolate fondue ready to go with the best chocolate, whipping cream and liqueur recipe, ready to warm. Have special cookies, strawberries and marshmallows ready for dipping. You can warm it up and put on some romantic music, while she slips into that little pretty you bought her. Less stress on you, and less stress on her when she sees the kitchen mess. P.S. Johnny Mathis works for me.

How about a nice seafood pasta, maybe linguini w/ white or red clam sauce, crusty bread, followed by a simple dessert of strawberries filled with Nutella?
