Russian salad or " stalishna" (СÑалиÑна)
1. Boiled chicken brisket . 1 piece
2. Green pea. 1 cup
3. Chopped boiled potato. 1 cup
4. Chopped boiled carrot. 1/2 cup
5. Chopped coriander. 1 table spoon
6. Chopped parsley 1 table spoon
7. Mayonnaise or sour cream optional
8. Salt & pepper
9. Some garlic powder if you want
Mix all of these to gether gently. you can add some chopped pickle if you like.
in some kind of this salad you can use one boiled egg too.

Russian Salad: made with potatoes, turnips, carrots, ham, green beans and peas and tossed with mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup cold cooked carrots, diced
1/2 cup cold cooked turnips, diced
1/2 cup cold cooked potatoes, diced
1/2 cup cold cooked green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/3 cup cold cooked peas
1/4 cup mayonnaise
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup julienned ham strips
1/3 cup julienned chicken strips (or pickled tongue, if you can find it and like it)
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
4 rolled anchovy fillets
PREPARATION:
1. Toss the carrots, potatoes, turnips, green beans, and peas together in a bowl.
2. Mix in the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
To serve:
Mound the salad on a serving plate.

Add the following to a good portion of mayonnaise,mixed diced boiled vegetables like potato,green beans,carrots,cauliflower florets,add also chopped or shreded chicken/turkey,chopped hard boiled eggs,herbs like parsley or chives finely chopped,seasoning salt & freshly ground pepper,mix well but gently,chill before serving.
