right now there is NO CURE for HPV so it does not matter what you do the warts can reappear - some people it does some it does not (yes a bit of the luck of the draw)

condoms are not effective prevention against HPV

Dr.P needs more school - a vaccine is for prevention! (does NOTHING if you already have it)

I am a Histotechnologist for a lab. I run tests on HPV. I do the tests from the conventional slides, the cervical brushes, and the wart itself. It is called Immunohistochemical Staining. What causes HPV is an over abundance of papilloma cells. What causes that is unprotected sex with several people. It throws off the balance and tries to fight off whatever was introduced. Yes ladies, there is a vaccine, but it is NOT going to protect all of you out there. It can be spread from partner to partner, male or female. All I can say is PLEASE, PLEASE practice safe sex. I see too many women who have it, and you don't want to get it. It is the cause of almost all cervical cancers. You know what that means? You eventually have to have surgery to have your cervix taken out and pray to god that it hasn't spread to your uterus or ovaries. In one case, the girl was 16. She tested positive for HPV, but didn't tell anyone about the symptoms she was having. She ended up having cervical cancer and had to undergo a hysterectomy. I've seen some serious cases ladies, it's not fun, it's not pretty. Please be careful out there.

It is not just luck of the draw, if the couple dont get treated soon, they will only end up making things worst. They will only be spreading the virus more and more to the other, so it is best for them both to not have intercourse until they are treated.

I don't know if it will make it worse, but it will definetly be uncomfortable I'm guessing, I don't know off hand.. Lol... But if you're having sex during the outbreaks then I think that makes it worse. But luckily there's a vaccine out now, so go to your ob/gyn and handle that.

Tell them to stop having sex for at least 6 months they are spreading it back to each other. if they have low grade then it will clear up on its own after awhile (usually 12-24 months) If it is high risk they need to stop having sex until it goes into remission.

warts will always come and go with or without sex. sex won't make them appear and abstaning from sex wont make them not appear.

If it works the same as HIV/AIDS, then yes. If not, then i'm not really sure.
