I have always had the same diet and eaten the same foods. I dont take any pills or anything to make up for thr lost of protein but its been like this for 8 yrs. And im a pretty small lady so you can tell there is something different just by glancing.

I personally would stay away from anyone who suggests that you supplement with iron pills.

I know someone at work who had the same problem. You should go to a doctor and get tested. It could signify a problem, or not, but if you've been losing a lot of weight for no reason, you should go get checked out

sometimes we lose weight because we're more active than what we were before. doesnt have anything to do with food sometimes. perhaps you just need a simple physcical at your doctor's. check that thyroid. that is the biggest sneakest culprit when it comes to 'weird' symptoms that women kind of over look. one of them is unexplained weightloss.
