How I cured mine was a combination of soaking a tiny wad of toilet paper in vinegar and fitting it under my foreskin (assuming you're uncircumcised) if you are circ'ed, go get some anti-fungal cream.

none that will cure but a lot that will prevent. the only way to cure it is by taking anti fungal tablets aside from creams and ointments. to prevent it.. water, soap and condom.
