no, 1 or 2 should not pose a problem, but the more you smoke, the more you may like it, and then you may not be able to kick the habit.

Well in a way it's a better habit than all the other smokers, that usually smoke much much more. Average smokers usually smoke at least 1 pack per day. So your actually doing pretty good, for someone thats "addicted". Im not gonna suggest you stop since you already probably know that. So ye.. gl with your whole smoking thing :D Some advice though.. don't start smoking more just because people are nagging you too!

Not that bad at this stage
But it usually gets worse I went from 1 or 2 per day to 5 packs a day
The more you smoke, the harder it is to quit The longer you smoke the longer it takes for partial healing

What would be the point of smoking one or two a month? If you go that long between cigarettes then maybe you should just quit all together. Because any amount of cigarette smoke is not good for you

Yes of course it hurts. Cigarrettes are slow acting poisons the more you take, earlier you will develop problems related to smoking. Cigarrette smoke contains carcinogens, (substances that can produce cancre) and it has been proven beyond any doubt.

Yes! Anything toxic that you inhale into your body can hurt you. If you're only smoking one or two cigs a month, it shouldn't be hard for you to stop. Good luck! :)

cigs can cause asthma, emphysema, mouth- throat- lung cancer. When you quit for good, it takes a full-time smoker 7 years for their lungs to repair. It should only take you a year.
