I don't know if I was diagnosed with it per se, but my doctor did put me on Levoxyl. I feel SO MUCH better now because I had all the symptoms listed heer:

I just take 1 tablet a day and it's not a problem. I'm just glad those symptoms are gone!

my mom has it. she got a lot better though, it's been about 5 years now and she notices the symptoms significantly less.

one of the main things she did to minimize the pain was getting on the treadmill for an hour a day and just walking. at first, if you're not used to it, it might just make it worse, but in the long run, it really seemed to work for her.

i don't know if this will apply to you, but hopefully it will. her thyroid was in her feet, so it made sense to walk. she still does it, and she complains a lot less about it. in the spring and summer, she takes walks around the neighboorhood with her sister.

her condition got a lot better, so i hope yours does too. best of luck!
