I had my triple bypass at Punjab Institute of Cardiology , Lahore, Pakistan ( www.pic.gop.pk) October, 2006, and it costed around Rs 300,000 ($5000), with 2 days at ICU and 5 days in the hospital room (7 days total).
PIC is undertaking 150 operations in a month, and success rate is 99%.

There is no set price and it would be virtually impossible to even begin to guess.
I had a quadruple bypass and my hospital bill was just over 60,000.00. I ended up paying just over 1,500.00 out of pocket.
Try not to think about what it is going to cost. Just take care of the problem. Hospitals have programs in place that helps with the financial side of it.
