Yes, and it was a beautiful experience. I was on the French / Swiss border at a small camp. The towns around us where full of friendly people.
I suggest that you go visit Paris, but remember to spend time out side of the city, that is where the real France can be found.

yes, I have been there. I loved everything, except for Paris. Wandering around lost in the subway at two in the morning is NOT a fun experience. Luckily we finally found someone who spoke English AND was willing to help. Not an easy feat, I tell you. Also, there was the circumstance in the bakery where they refused to wait on us... but other than Paris, I loved France and would definitely go back.

No, I've only been to Canada and Mexico. I've lived a sheltered life and I've missed out seeing a lot of cool places, like France! Maybe I will go there someday after I win the lottery.

Yes, I have been to Paris, Cannes, Marseilles, Cassis, and small towns along the way to Paris from Cassis. I have to say that Souther France is very nice. Oh yeah, I also went to Toulon, I love their smash sandwich. It was awesome. I think they call it the Americaine.

Yes, in 1996. I was young and stupid and hated it. I called Paris a dirty city. Now I want to go back, I understand the history and it is dirty because of how long it has been around. It really is amazing, and the countryside is beautiful.
