When men ejaculate, the product that comes out is called semen and there are sperm in the semen.
Maybe you could sign up for a sex ed class if you are still in school. You could have lots of questions answered.

by the question you've asked, maybe your to young to be having sex any way. Maybe you should stop having sex all together until your properly informed. Think about it, if you don't know what sperm is or where it comes from, what else don't you know?

when men are sexually aroused their penis erects and then there is the pre-ejaculation fliud after this or during intercourse or even masturbation ejaculation happens which discharge of thick white fluid that contains sperm cells. p.s. also the pre-ejaculation fluid could contain sperms from previous ejaculation

It's seemen and it contains sperm. You can learn about this in sex ed.
