Looks like you can get it at Home Depot! I think you might have to buy the whole jar, but if you found it in the store you can maybe see if a sales person can help you get just the lid.

if you're having a problem finding a lid for an existing jar maybe a ceramic shop could make one for you. Take your jar with you and try. You have nothing to lose.
