I have a small problem with my heart, sometimes i have a slight heart attack. It lasts about haft or one minute. I have a breathing difficulty, just a little bit. In most cases, I wasn't working hard or having strong emotion and never lost consciousness. None of my parents or relatives has heart disease. Two months ago, I made an electrocardiogram for thyroid operation but the diogram said everything is normal.
So what should I do now? am I sick seriously or not? is there any posibility that's a symptom of heart disease? Many thanks

We cannot tell you what is wrong with you nor tell you how serious without examining you? Much less, if we are not doctors.
It's best that you consult a cardiologist who might recommend you to undergo some tests. Ultimately, you may need to do an angiogram (insert a minitube into your vein and inject a dye and scanned by some x-ray machine) to see if there are any blockages in your cardio-vascular system. That's what happened to me after I underwent a stress test i.e. run on the treadmill and have the probes check my heartbeat pattern. The stress test showed some irregularity in pattern which led to my cardiologist recommend angiogram. I was given a clean bill of health i.e. no blockages! (yay!). Quite a few doctors I asked says that the stress test is not 100% accurate (even going as low as 50%!!) but at least it led to me doing a more accurate one. Now, I feel more at ease.
So, my advice - Go see a cardiologist...NOW! Before it is too late.
Send me an email to let me know how it went. All the best.

The only way to know what is wrong is to see a cardiologist for testing. You may have something simple. I thought I was having a heart attack but tests came back negative. Turned out that the esophagus is right next to the heart. That is why some people have nausea instead of chest pain. I have reflux disease. The brain sometimes cannot tell which is in pain. Get checked out.

See a doctor as soon as you can. It sounds like it could be a condition called Angina, and in this case is called Unstable Angina as it is coming on at rest. You need to have a new ECG done, as it is quite possible for an ECG to change over a few hours, nevermind 2 months.
Angina is a heart condition which can often be a warning to a heart attack, but is also very common and easily medicated.
Hope this helps x

Those are not "slight heart attacks." If you had a real heart attack, even if it was slight, you'd be able to tell the differences.
What you are having is chest pain, which can result from anxiety or a multitude of other issues. If your EKG came back negative, and you are continuing to have this pain, follow up with a cardiologist.

Do you feel palpitations when this happens? Tell your doctor your symptoms and he/she can ask for a device that takes a 24h reading of your heart rhythm, and you can push a button to tell it when you have symptoms. Then if your symptoms and rhythm changes don't coincide you know it's not a heart problem.

No offense but, it sounds like anxiety to me....Talk to your doctor about stress and things going on in your life that could cause it....I don't think your having small heart attacks.....Anxiety can feel like a heart attack and even have numbness in your left arm and pain in your chest....Not saying your wrong but, you should search other options as well

Even if you think you are experiencing a heart attack you need to go to the hospital immediately as your heart tissues will continue to die.
