Frozen foods? Amy's products are love! Also, Soy Decadent ice cream taste like real ice cream, if not better! I loveee that stuff!
Dairy substitutes? I like Almond Breeze milk. That stuff is so good with cereal. Silk soy yogurts are really yummy. Theyre not as sweet as the real thing but theyre good enough! Silk also makes coffee creamers that are really good.
Dry foods? Trisquits, Animal crackers without whey, Wheat Thins, Teddy Grahams, Double Stuffed Oreo's, Cereals without whey, dry milk or gelatin, Nut mixes, The list goes on and on. You can go to http://www.peta.org/accidentallyVegan/ and see a whole list of foods that are accidently vegan.

There's lots of good suggestions here but Agave Nectar got missed! It's identical to honey (although some brands are a little runny). The mega-corps that own Boca, Morningstar Farms and Gardenburger have caught on and make some vegan items also. Worthington has the canned Skallops and Tuno (check the label since they use two different recipes for them and one isn't vegan). The rare frozen Tuno is always vegan! Tofutti has vegan cream cheese and sour cream replacements that are great.
Victoria was correct to list the 'ice cream' but she's done like me and didn't notice that Turtle Mountain dropped the Y from the name. They now just go by So Decadent and So delicious and are killer!

Unfortunately, if you want a variety of foods and recipes you cannot be too lazy. reading the ingredients is key to being vegan, since this entails eating no eggs or dairy, and for some even honey is out.
If you are that lazy, stick to the produce aisle, no hidden ingredients there!
You may also want to analyze your reasons for going vegan. There are plenty of cruelty free dairy products, including cheeses made with vegetable enzymes. So in short, you cannot be too lazy, since unless you are doing all your own cooking it will be very constrictive on what you can eat when you go out.

Congratulations for deciding to become vegan. I am still aspiring to be one!
The first thing you have to know is that being committed to your vegan diet will take more effort than being an omnivore. The second thing is that if you eat a well-balanced, meat, egg, and dairy-free diet, you can still be well-nourished. The healthiest and fittest person I know has been vegan for over a decade!
Tofu, beans (legumes), green leafy vegetables, fruit, and grains. Remember that the four basic food groups are now fruits, legumes, vegetables, and grains.
Good luck!

definite they may well be concern to disciplinary strikes and achieveable firing and by way of all rights. An corporation isn't allowed to appreciate someones guy or woman interest, and an corporation desire not alter the artwork ordinary for someones ideals. what's the landlord think to do, positioned a demonstration over a undeniable funds sign in that asserts, repulsed by way of beef? If an element of a job turns somebody off, they could by no skill take the activity. in this occasion, the product being scanned, kosher or not isn't the undertaking, the religion asks to not consume those products, that they had no theory there may well be shops earlier while the religion created its policies. Fantastic Foods make some nice almost instant veggie meal items. Their veg chili mix is great and cooks up in less than 30 minutes. You add 2 cans of beans and 1 can of diced tomatoes.
Frozen veggie burgers are good too. If you're going vegan, read labels though.

soy? yeah right.
Studies indicate that soy (organic and non-organic) causes increased requirements for vitamins E, K, D and B12. Phytic acid from SPI (soy protein isolate) blocks the absorption of essential minerals and creates deficiency symptoms of calcium, magnesium, magnesium, copper, molybdenum, iron, manganese and especially zinc -in the intestinal tract. (2) This may be contributing to the early onset of osteoporosis in Japan, starting there as early as age 20 versus age 34 in the USA. (1b) Also test animals fed SPI developed enlarged organs, particularly the thyroid gland and pancreas, and caused increased deposition of fatty acids in the liver.
Soybeans have one of the highest phytate levels of any grain or legume. Phytates in soy are highly resistant to normal phytate-reducing techniques such as long, slow cooking. Only long periods of fermentation will greatly reduce soy's phytate levels, but will not eliminate them.
Soybeans contain potent enzyme inhibitors that block the action of trypsin and other enzymes needed for protein digestion. These inhibitors are not completely deactivated during ordinary cooking. They can produce serious gastric distress, reduced protein digestion and create chronic deficiencies in amino acid uptakes. In test animals, diets high in trypsin inhibitors also caused enlargement and pathological conditions of the pancreas, including cancer.
this is healthy?
