A good humidifer, where to find one?

Where can I find a humidifier under $70? A good one that works well.

Hi,

According where you live, you might check in stores like Lowe's or Home Depot, you know those big hardware stores as big as supermarkets.

Also, never forget to take a look on e-Bay, you sure often make very good deals there and often things are at wholesale price. But if you buy there, be sure to read carefully everything the listing says and to ask any question you would have before to bid. Also, don't forget to see how much would be the shipping and handling and if it is not specify, just ask the seller prior to bid on anything.

You also could check in stores like Goodwill, but it should not be new.

Too, why not looking in discount stores like Big Lots, they often have almost everything, you always can call your local store if you have one, usually they will tell you by phone what will evoid you a ride for nothing.

there are 2 types of humidifier. hot or cold.
if you have kids at home, go with the cold one. because you don't want your kids to crawl around / play around it. however, you need to change the water in it on a regular basis to prevent mold growth.
if you don't have kids, go with the warm one. it is lower maintenance. works just as well as the cold one.

I have a Hamilton Beach that does really well. You dial a humidity and it keeps it at that. It's $90, but I've had one of these for years and still use it. See Amazon link below.
