Should be 6 or lower.

Its the same for a type 1 diabetic. Less than 6.7

What ever it is "Exercise 3 - 4 times a week for 45 minutes. My doctor suggested walking. Exercise, combined with proper meds & a good diet should keep you out of trouble

4.1 to 7.9 is the range i am told. I am always 8.1 or 8.4 though. so annoying. :(
