How much does The American Red Cross make on a pint of Blood or how much do they charge.

Nothing and nothing, kinda! my dad donates a lot. He gets nothing but sometimes you get free stuff like t shirts and buttons that say "I donated blood".

For buying blood heres the deal. If you get injured and lose a lot of blood, insurence will probably pay like if you have to get surgary.
