Some common causes are rash from irritation-if you wear stockings and your thighs are rubbing together you may be allergic to the fabric and you are breaking out from it. May be from your laundry detergent as that is a sensitive area and pants rubbing the flesh there can cause a problem.
have you recently changed any product that you use in that area-think about it and stop using it to see if it makes a difference
make a Dr's appointment ASAP

Could be herpes or hopefully a rash. try a cortizone product.Let it get as much air and uv rays from the sun.

Have you shaved there? If so, that could be the reason. It could also be a rash.

Might be mollusca contagiosum.
