Me and my friend are really bored and we to go buy cheese. The only problem is...we love ALL cheese and we don't know what to buy. We used to be cheesacholics and now we need only one type of cheese to stick with. And yes, there is such thing as a cheesacholic. Don't make fun. It is a serious problem. At one point we were so obsessed that we couldn't leave our house because we thought everyone looked like cheese and we tried to eat them.

If I was only going to own one cheese it would be real parmesan. It's so great sprinkled on soups, salads and pastas. You can even make parmesan crisps by grating it, sprinkling it in a pile on a baking sheet and sticking it under the broiler.
