I don't think it's traditionally Chinese (though a lot of food in Chinese restaurants isn't), but shrimp with that gooey coconut sauce and walnuts....GUH! It's so incredibly good. Those cheese filled wantons, too.

I hate to be a snob, but people, none of the things you listed are real Chinese food. No, they are American hodge podge created by restaurants here who don't really know what Chinese cooking is all about.
