I need ideas for activities (it's a slumber party, the beginning of which will be held at a nearby park). I also need food ideas, party favor ideas, maybe some crafts, and other stuff we girls would enjoy at a birthday party. At the moment i'm drawing a complete blank, so your help will be greatly appreciated!!!

I think for your B-day you should have making jewelry for crafts, makeovers(hair and or makeup), cooking, movies with popcorn, truth or dares, pillow fights for fun:) well that is what I would do.

If you don't want to do that here is another option:

Maybe you can have your sleep over at a hotel and order maybe pizza or fix nachos or whatever you want to eat and, stay up late and watch movies, have girl talk, paint each others nails, (manicure and or pedicure if you are OK with touching your friends toes lol:) hair and makeup.

Everyone here (in Texas) rents our City Pool for a private party. You can have it there with whatever party theme you decide on. Try to rent it on a Friday or Saturday night for a couple of hours. The pool is pretty at night with the lights on. Talk to the Pool Manager and see how she can help you out. Hope this helps..

maybe goto the mall, watch a movie, probly scary, or a chick flic thatll make you cry, those are always good. for party favors you could give out microwavable popcorn. um try also making cookies for an activity, but girl bday parties normally just fall into place, you plan for backup, so dont be upset if you endup not doing exactly what you planed

Karaoke. Manicures are fun. And, try doing super model make-overs including photo session. Get silly posing with wild make-up/hair styles.

Load all the girls up and go roll their crushes house with toliet paper. lol. We always had fun doing that!
They could decorate pillowcases or flip flops.

Object of the game:

To be the first to get four of a kind. Grab a spoon.

Spoons is a fun card game for adults and kids. The rules are simple and game play moves fast. Spoons does not take a special deck or pieces to play. Chances are you already have everything you need to play the game of Spoons.

First, shuffle the two or three playing cards together. The dealer gives each person four cards. Next, the dealer picks up the top card from the deck, decides whether to keep or pass the card. He must discard one card to the player to his left. That player then picks up the card and discards (passes a card to the next player) either that one or a card from his hand. The last person to be handed a card starts a trash pile of his discarded cards.

The dealer chooses another card and so forth. Game play is swift. You have a quick decision to make; keep the card you are handed or pass it. Could this card help you in getting four of a kind? Then there are the spoons as you constantly keep an eye out for someone to grab one. After the first person grabs a spoon, then it is a fight for the rest of them. The one person who does not grab a spoon gets a point. The letters in the word spoons mark points so the first point would be “s.” When a player has spelled the word “spoons,” the player is out of the game. When someone leaves play, reduce the number of spoons by one. The last player left with letters in their scoring wins the game.

Spoons can be a real crowd pleaser because it does not take long to play, the rules are straightforward, and it is fun. Imagine keeping an eye on the spoons and then noticing one has already been swiped. Make your move fast before everyone else catches on. Many folks may try to bluff by reaching for a spoon, which is perfectly okay as long as you do not touch the spoon until you have four of a kind.

There are variations to the rules of Spoons. Some require that for your spoon to count it must touch a body part like the chest or nose. A delay in doing this action could cause you to lose your spoon. If you do not have enough spoons, pencils or other objects can be used instead.


Silhouettes

How you play this is you set up a blanket so that if someone was standing behind it you couldn't see them, only their shadow. Then someone who doesn't want to play is the reader, and they read the papers. The papers are filled out by the kids and they have questions on them like hobbies and their favorite band. They answer them and the reader reads them, then the audience has to guess who it is. Four people go behind the curtain and one at a time they come up. One person will not go until the next four come up, and so on until everyone goes. Also what i didn't mention is the person in front of the blanket is in dress up clothes and they have a flashlight on them so you can see their shadow. You can play with question papers, or the audience can ask the person questions.

Mafia

Pick a leader, and get everyone into a circle. Shuffle a deck of cards, taking out all the jacks, queens, kings & aces. Leave only one king, one queen, and one ace. Hand each person in the circle one card. Make sure they don’t tell anyone their card. If they get a card with a number then they are just a regular person, if they get a queen, they are "the doctor", if they get the king, they become "the cop" and the ace becomes "the mafia".



Now everyone hands back their cards and close their eyes. The leader calls, "Mafia, open your eyes." When the mafia opens his/her eyes, the leader calls "who do you want to kill?" Silently, the Mafia points to the "victim", who can be anyone. Then the mafia is instructed to close his/her eyes. The leader calls, "Cop, open your eyes." When the cop opens his/her eyes, the leader calls "who do you think the mafia is?" The cop silently points to the person who he/she thinks is the mafia. Then the cop is instructed to close his/her eyes. The leader calls, "Doctor, open your eyes." When the doctor opens his/her eyes, the leader calls "who do you want to save?" Silently the doctor points to the person who he/she thinks the mafia is after and that person will not "die" for that round. Then the doctor is instructed to close his/her eyes.


THEN the leader says, "everyone open your eyes." When everyone’s eyes are open, the leader announce who the mafia "killed" and if the doctor did or did not save him/her. That person is out of the game. Then everyone guess who he or she thinks the mafia is. After the discussion, they vote and "kill" who they think the mafia is. If it was the mafia they killed, they won, if not, they killed an innocent person and that person is out and the continue all over again.

Physiatrist

Get in a circle and decide who is going to be the doctor. That person leaves the room. Then choose as a group the problem you all have, for example, say you chose "You think you're the person 3 people to your left." or "You all think your elderly people of the opposite sex." or "You think your all famous TV actors" When agreed, get the doctor back in and the doctor goes around the circle asking questions. If you are "an elderly person of the opposite sex" and your real name is Michelle, say the doctor asks, "How old are you?" you reply, "I'm ......60...70?? ah, I don’t remember." Play along with the voice. Or if the doctor asks, "What’s your name?" then reply..."Michael." Which is the "boy" version of your name. Try your best to confuse the doctor. You win if he gives up, you lose if he guesses your problem.
