its a preoperative medical evaulation and they do a CBC (complete blood count) i smoked 2 days ago.

Seriously? You smoked knowing that you were going to have blood work done? Why would you take that chance? Maybe your sinus problems are due to your smoking pot. What are you going to say when they ask you if you drink, smoke or use street drugs (because they will there or right before your surgery)?

they should have no reason to look for thc. complete blood counts measures the amount of operating red and white blood cells that you have. it is not the same as a drug analysis. (and two days wouldn't be sufficient to cleanse your system, anyway)
