none of the above.only take paracetamol if fever but try to avoid.rub some balm on the chest ,ribs and throat and inhale as well.get it from Asian shops as these are much better.drink grape juice with spoon of honey drink 3-4 times daily.Tea made from aniseed's 3-4 times with little honey.Onions are very good,gently dry over slow heat until brown and eat with your meal.Drink plenty warm water and do not drink water with your meals.30-40 minutes before or after meals.

I have the same thing i went to the doctors and they have given me anti biotics and inhalers even tho i dont have ashma it has hucg around for over a week now but other than comfort food which you say you are alredy having a hot bath with the door shut so that you inhale the steam helps

I'd avoid dairy products as they can increase mucus production and if you feel up to it go for high protein and vitamin rich foods. Chicken and fish are good and relatively easy to digest, stick to light meals so as not to divert resources from fighting the virus. Fresh fruit, especially high in vitamin C and vegetables rich in iron will help. Keep up your fluids, preferably drinking clear fluid such as water, lemonade, or lemon tea with honey. Chicken soup is supposed to be great when you are unwell.
I would get to see a doctor tomorrow to check you out.
Are you coughing anything up? If so you could have a chest infection, pneumonia or pleurisy symptoms.

you must always feed a cold and starve a fever,when you get flu its good to eat as it helps recovery,tomato soup is good,vegetables and fruit,and plenty of hot drinks.start taking vitamin c tablets.
