If a hookah was used by someone with aids or any other sexually transmited desieses, and you did the hookah, would you get sick? what if you ran the hookah in boiling water and in a bowl of rubbing alchohal would that decontaminate it?

AIDS cannot be transmitted orally. There is no danger from smoking hookahs.

If there's warm saliva on the mouthpiece, *in theory* it could carry HIV to the next person. While the virus has been isolated from saliva, however, transmission by saliva has never been documented even when someone was *trying* to do so. (This doesn't mean it's impossible; the analogous virus in cats, FIV, is spread primarily by bites, but then cats bite each other a lot more than humans do.) HIV is very delicate and almost any form of disinfection, including plain old dish soap, is more than sufficient to destroy it.
Now, as to why you're messing with a hookah in the first place ... ah, heck, fry your brain, see if I care.

there is no danger in contacting aids from using a hookah, but if you put week into the bowl then i'm certain that you'll feel a whole lot better==try it, you'll like it !!!!!
