It depends. If you work all night long no. If youve stayed up late and plan to go to bed soon: yes. After eating your last meal of the night you should do some exercise to help aid in blood circulation and therefore digestion and you shouldnt try to sleep so soon after exercise. So realistically you shouldn't eat within a few hours of bedtime unless you happen to be hypoglycemic.

Only in moderation..a light snack OK, but a
full blown meal or some heavy fast food, would stay
away from it.

Well, in addition to the inevitable weight gain from eating then going to bed ... you exponentially increase your risk of GERD and painful heartburn.

yes because your body is focused on digestion processing and any new food ingestion can confuse it. If you must eat, make sure it's fluids or fruit and veges only.

nit exactly after midnght but if you eat and go to sleep right away you are not burning those carbs and theyll make you fat

u can eat anytime u want, y most ppl or "doctors" warn against it, if u eat at all and sleep immediately u get constipation when u wake up, u stomach starts acting funny. dont just eat and sleep deep.

yes because you wil then feel even hungrier in the morning..try to eat earlier it is better....avoid eating late unless it is urgent
