None of these is OK, and that includes the corn-based cereal.

Check these sites, and insist on being referred to a registered dietitian who is also a Certified Diabetes Educator.

BTW, honey is actually a far worse choice than is table sugar.

If you are diabetic then you will need to count honey as a carb or sugar. Although honey is natural it still can cause the blood sugar to elevate. With anything moderation is the key.

Substituting honey for regular sugar isn't ok. Sugar is sugar and all carbohydrates will cause increased blood sugar for a diabetic.
