Now, I know this isn't a question for Yahoo Answers, but I thought, what the hell, so I'll just go ahead...
My father told me 2 days ago that me and my mom are carriers of Hepatitus C, I don't know if he was just messing around but if he was, he shouldn't joke around with stuff like that...
But what should I do?
I can't go get tested because i'm a minor (17), but I don't want to go up to my father and ask him to go get tested... Is there anyway to find out if you have Hepatitus C without getting tested?

No sorry honey there is no other way. Also don't worry about the Hep C thing, your father will get over it if he loves you guys. Go get tested don't hesistate

that is a bad disease to have . my mom has it and is just finishing a 18 month course of injections of radiation and pills and she need to take Prozac and other types of mood enhancers for the rest of her life . catch it early and dont mess around .by the way my mom is hepatitus c free for now

Sit down and talk with your Dad. This is a very important subject. I don't want to speculate what is going on so I think this is something that requires a answer from him. Good luck

so youre seventeen maybe still at school, if so do you have a nurse or some such health care, ask them to help you
